A Cumbia Night is a musical event that showcases the traditional music of Colombia’s Caribbean coats. Cumbia is a fusion of African, Indigenous, and European rhythms, which has been popularized by groups such as Los Gaiteros de San Jacinto, Totó la Momposina, and Lucho Bermudez.
We are really happy to announce an upcoming Murga Sónica Club night featuring the vibrant rhythms of Cumbia music!
Cumbia music has a rich cultural history, originating from the Caribbean coast of Colombia and spreading throughout Latin America and beyond. It is characterized by lively percussion and upbeat rhythms, creating an irresistible dance beat that is sure to get you moving.
